Supervision
Trained hands, qualified oversight
- Students and trainees participate in production through supervised, work-based learning
- Instructors and production personnel oversee jobsite work
- Licensed trades oversee or perform work where required by code or scope
- Student participation is integrated into the approved project scope and safety procedures
Quality control
Built to a checklist, not a guess
- Safety training and jobsite procedures, including OSHA-preparation content
- Quality control is a documented part of the training curriculum, not an afterthought
- Punch-list review and completion before a project is considered finished
- Materials and finish selections are confirmed with you during customization and the quote process
Code and permitting
What's confirmed by us, and what's confirmed by you
- Zoning, permitting, code, inspection, utility, transportation, and placement requirements vary by municipality and are the buyer's or partner's responsibility to confirm
- Some model concepts are design plans, not yet professionally engineered, code-approved, or permit-ready for every configuration
- Final designs, specifications, and construction documents may require review by licensed architects, engineers, or code officials before construction, delivery, or placement
- We do not describe a concept plan as "engineered," "code approved," "permit ready," or "certified" unless that exact configuration has received the applicable professional review

Tiny homes, sheds, accessory structures, and small housing units are subject to local zoning, permitting, code, inspection, utility, transportation, and placement requirements. Buyers and partners are responsible for verifying all local requirements before purchase, construction, delivery, placement, or occupancy.
